When I got up yesterday, it was a sunny, beautiful day. We all knew a big snow storm was coming, the news was everywhere for days. Like most of my neighbors, I spent the morning getting ready for the season’s first big snow – tucking some things inside the barn, getting other things into the house from the barn (snowshoes for example), and by the time Chico and I went for our long walk at about noon, you could see the weather coming:
And it snowed all night, we woke up to eight inches of fluffy snow.
